Meet Oh Hi THC Sparkling Seltzers
Oh Hi THC sparkling seltzer was an idea baked in Durango, Colorado, and brewed in Oklahoma by two OKC-based brothers and their squad. Oh Hi comes in four flavors: Lemon-Lime, Pomegranate, Grapefruit, and Ginger Basil Limeade — each containing 10 mg of THC per drink (except for the Ginger Basil Lime flavor, which is infused with a 1:1 ratio of THC and CBD).
Flavor
At the Oh Hi launch party, I was able to try both the Lemon-Lime & Pomegranate flavors. They were very refreshing, crisp, and bubbly with surprisingly zero flavor of weed. The taste is similar to a La Croix…but better and with more fruity flavors standing out.
The Lemon-Lime drink was so fresh, lightly sweet, and citrusy with hints of zesty lime flavors afterward. And the Pomegranate perfectly blended the sweetness and tanginess of its namesake so well.
They’re light, fresh, and very easy to drink!

Besides 10 mg THC per can, what’s in it? Oh Hi Sparkling Seltzers are low-calorie — sweetened with all-natural cane sugar. Clocking in at just 25 cals and 5 mg sugar each, these summery sips pair perfectly with any healthy habits you’re trying to pick up.

This is not a shoot-it-to-get-blasted kind of THC drink. Oh Hi is a sipping all day at the lake (or by the pool or grill) kind of THC drink. You’ll drift dreamily through your activity on a perceptible stream of happiness and chill. No Oh, shit, I have to go to bed before I embarrass myself stuff. Price Point
The cost to stock a get-together is high — and it’s probably the only thing that could stop me making it a permanent fixture in my cooler this summer. The cheapest we could find Oh Hi is $20 for a 4-pack. Most shops sell them from $7-$8 per 10 mg THC can.
What makes them unique is their appeal as a refreshing, sessionable THC drink. The flipside: You and your friends will sip them over an extended period of time (similar to a low-alcohol beer), making it more practical as the $tar of a special occasion.
